2.1 Mission Product—Provide customers with the freshest and most sustainable food products in the most efficient time.Environment—Promote environmental sustainability by using and purchasing equipment, products, and ingredients that are sustainable and local. Economic—Operate and grow at a profitable rate by making efficient decisions.



2.2 Vision Our vision is to be the country’s best sustainable fast casual restaurant.  To Neo, the best means providing outstanding quality, service, value, and public education on sustainability.

Company Summary Neo Concepts Inc. operates modern fast-casual local-style Mexican grills offering high-quality, freshly prepared foods such as quesadillas, salads, tacos and a wide variety of burritos.  Neo Concepts Inc. focuses on creating a unique dining experience by providing fresh and local ingredients and by wowing the customer with an educational experience in environmental sustainability.  This goal is achieved through in-store demonstrations of sustainable practices.  As a principle-driven business, Neo feels that their social and environmental impacts are just as important as their earnings.  Neo moves beyond the bottom line of profitability, to the triple bottom line of sustainability—people, profit, planet by committing themselves to a holistic definition of sustainability.They “move beyond—but not excluding—economic concerns to caring for the environment and society as well (Hoyland, 2009).”  Neo believes that we all have a personal responsibility to educate each other and our communities on how to better the environment for everyone.  Neo,management, and its employees act as individual ambassadors by outlining to the public how businesses and individuals can act more holistically by purchasing sustainable products, using its natural resources such as rain water, demonstrating urban agriculture, waste management, and sustainable building practices.  Neo Concepts Inc.firmly believes that sustainability is a process, not a destination and to achieve our planet’s goals of sustainability, we should all take it one step at a time.
