Neo Cantinas success is attributable to its mission of sustainability and its commitment to excellence. It began with The partnering of local entrepreneur Sherrye Coggiola and local restaurateur and creator of the neo branded concepts Zak Yancey, who shared the idea that we should all strive to live with a more long term view of world wide sustainability. After enormous efforts and ingenious implementation of processes and systems Neo Cantina is a proud leader in areas of environmental sustainability
