Neo Cantina originated in 2009 and has sense become one of the most celebrated sit down Mexican dinning destinations in the asheville area. Neo Cantinas success is attributable to its mission of sustainability and its commitment to excellence. It began with The partnering of local entrepreneur Sherrye Coggiola and local restaurateur and creator of the neo branded concepts Zak Yancey, who shared the idea that we should all strive to live with a more long term view of world wide sustainability. After enormous efforts and ingenious implementation of processes and systems Neo Cantina is a proud leader in areas of environmental sustainability

By influencing 1000 of people and businesses every year to participate fully in the green revolution, Neo Cantina, Sherrye Coggiola and her husband Tony Coggiola as well as all her staff and associates are doing their part to bring about the change that is necessary.
