On our farm, we have chickens that provide eggs for breakfast menu items.  Neo’s vehicles are fueled by vegetable oil taken from our restaurants, transported to the farm, and processed through our filtration system. 

All of our utensils, to-go cups, to-go boxes, and salsa cups are sustainable.  We use glasses, and all of our to-go ware is either compostable or recyclable.  Our desire is to provide an example of sustainability for patrons and businesses to follow in order to maximize impact on the environment.  Help us make the world a better place one burrito at a time!
